To sum it up- the food was horrible, the waitress was rude, and after we paid for our food and walked out the waitress was pointing as us and talking about us to another employee. I thought it wouldn't have been more appropriate to say something like what can I do for you? She was just rude. One time my dad called her over there and she came over there and said 'YES'. The casino’s Oasis Buffet has been shuttered permanently and will be transformed into another location of 360 Sports, a sports bar concept that you can already find at the other Agua Caliente. She didn't really respond when we complained about our food. The waitress we had was not that nice either. I can go on an on about how terrible the food was, but I will stop here.
My mom had some sausage on her plate, that was so hard to cut, that once she was able to cut it, it bounced right off the table like a basketball (thats how hard it was). My Aunt had a BLT, I don't know how you can go wrong with that, but somehow they did. I felt like I needed a 7up or ginger ale after a few bites. Three out of us five of us hated our food. My aunt order an Ice Tea, which wasn't that great either. It tasted like someone had poured soap into it. Make sure to leave room Buffet has a pasta bar, good prime rib. I have never had water that tasted so bad in my whole life. It started out okay, and then it went from bad to worse. My family and I went here for dinner the night after thanksgiving, because the prices at the buffet were too high.
